The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Architect in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will coordinate with the CMDB PM, Government PM, and other key stakeholders while leading a team of ITOM Engineers to design, implement, and configure ServiceNow Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities as CACI's selected automated network discovery tool. You will participate in enterprise discovery workshops with CACI and Government stakeholders to make key decisions impacting architecture, deployment, and execution of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) system. You will provide guidance to ITOM engineers and contribute to implementing the ITOM solution. You will participate in Agile processes including Sprint Planning and Grooming Sessions. You will participate in the Technical Architecture Group (TAG) and Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes to get changes to the system approved. You will contribute to updates to contract deliverables including the Architecture Plan, Detailed Design, Implementation Plan, and Test Plan. You will also support any security assessments of the ITOM solution. You will recommend policy changes to Government and support architecture and design changes throughout the CMDB lifecycle.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
A very strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities.
A very strong Understanding of Systems Administration including using Just Enough Administration and Group Policy to control ITOM Discovery's administrative capabilities.
Experience architecting and deploying ITOM Discovery in a Government environment at a large scale.
Experience architecting complex enterprise systems with multiple integrations points and differing technologies.
Strong experience creating Service Topology Diagrams following the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
A strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL.
Experience leading a team of engineers and collaborating with other architects.
A proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
Experience implementing business processes, capability needs, business requirements, and business information models.
Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization's business areas.
Working knowledge of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.
Used Agile Scrum methodologies.
Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint
Qualifications:
Required:
Active DoD Secret Clearance preferred, or ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor's Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
Must have a DoD 8570 certification (Security) or be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities
Experience architecting complex enterprise systems
Broad technical background to include prior experience developing in Java or another programming language.
Experience creating IRE reconciliation policies and business rules.
At least one of the following certifications:
-Certified ServiceNow Administrator
-Certified ServiceNow Developer
Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
Desired Skills:
Axonius Platform experience
Asset Management experience
JavaScript/AngularJS development experience.
System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
Agile or Scrum Master Certification
Acts independently to expose and resolve problems
Experience working in the Department of Defense

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$114,600-$252,100
