Temporary Customer Service Representative

Location: Henderson, NV 89011

Pay Rate: $20 - $22 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Assignment: Full-time temporary role with the possibility to convert to a permanent position

About the Opportunity

Kelly Services is recruiting for our client in Henderson, NV 89011! We're seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join a team dedicated to helping patients access essential medical equipment, such as wheelchairs. If you have a passion for service, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced office, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Provide top-notch customer service and professional communication

Schedule a high volume of appointments for patients and related services

Manage both inbound and outbound phone calls and process high volumes of faxes

Accurately enter order information into the system

Verify insurance, co-pays, and deductibles and clearly communicate this information

Coordinate with hospitals, doctor's offices, and patients to ensure orders are processed smoothly

Stay organized and deliver excellent service-even during busy periods

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service experience with strong communication skills

Experience scheduling many appointments (required)

Background in a healthcare or medical office is extremely helpful

Strong computer and phone skills; able to multitask

Professional and calm demeanor, even under pressure

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required
