MIG Welder (Entry Level) - Night Shift

Pay: $22-$25/hour | Contract-to-Hire

Shift: Overnight (Rotating Schedule 2-2-3, every other weekend) 6pm to 6am

We're hiring Welders to join a growing manufacturing team producing large-scale steel components. This is a steady, hands-on role for reliable welders who enjoy production work, consistency, and a no-drama work environment.

What You'll Do

MIG weld mild steel (some stainless) components

Prep materials: sanding, grinding, layout, and tack welding

Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy

Maintain welding equipment and a clean work area

Follow safety and production standards

What We're Looking For

MIG welding experience (Welding experience in a professional, school, or personal setting would work, they are willing to train)

Ability to read blueprints and use basic hand tools

Ability to pass a basic weld test

Comfortable using grinders, tape measures, and fabrication tools

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Willing to work overnight and rotating schedules

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
