Summary You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist, Deputy Department Head Code 61 in the Life Cycle Logistics Department of NAVSEALOGCENKYPTDIVNUWC MECH PA. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14. Responsibilities You will lead employees toward meeting the organization's vision, mission, and goals. You will manage human, financial, and information resources strategically to meet command goals and objectives. You will bring about strategic change, both within and outside the organization, to meet organizational goals and customer expectations, make decisions that produce high quality results. You will conduct succession planning to include mentoring/coaching, employee cross training, process documentation, including desk guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will manage and track financial information including planned versus actual costs, earned value management, direct work hour/year execution, financing execution, new funds targets, and fiscal year carryover planning. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11/12 grade level or NT-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating experience in leadership, integrated logistical support and/or product support and sustainment.
