JThis role is responsible for ensuring engineering projects are executed in alignment with customer specifications, timelines, and internal standards. The position supports projects from initial estimating through design, manufacturing release, and installation, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and performance expectations. Key Responsibilities Support and coordinate low-complexity engineering projects under guidance. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders to meet project requirements. Project Execution & Coordination Schedule and facilitate project phase reviews. Develop and maintain project schedules using project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet). Ensure designs meet customer expectations and obtain customer approval. Understand and track project budgets and priorities. Create and drive action items resulting from project reviews. Document, track, and help resolve project issues. Participate in customer-facing project review meetings. Engineering & Documentation Develop and maintain engineering documentation for manufacturing release, including: Detail drawings Bills of Materials (BOMs) Component requisitions Saw/laser schedules Equipment lists Review designs using AutoCAD or similar CAD software. Cross-Functional Support Manage multiple projects across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to achieve project goals. Travel to customer sites as needed to gather project requirements and information. Provide installation and startup support as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $52.88/hr.
