Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

THE ROLE

Full-time (40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20--30 hrs/week). Hours can be tailored to the candidate.

No financial industry experience required. Our team comes from a variety of backgrounds---including retail, education, and customer service---and we value transferable skills. We warmly welcome candidates returning to the workforce after time away.

What You'll Do

Communicate with clients via phone and email; Answer and direct incoming calls; Schedule appointments; Greet and assist clients; Prepare for client meetings; Provide general administrative support as needed
