Kelly Science is seeking a Scientist for a growing company located in Springhouse, PA. This is a long term benefitted contract opportunity.

Pay: $50/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Employment Type: Full Time; 12 month contract with potential extension

Job duties include:

Develop and implement NGS-based methods for antibody sequence recovery from cultured B cells and hybridoma cells.

Analyze and interpret experimental results, presenting findings to the team in a clear and concise manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support antibody discovery projects from lead identification through lead optimization.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, Biochemistry or a related scientific field. Master's degree strongly preferred.

Demonstrated hands-on experience in molecular cloning techniques and a strong foundation in experimentation design and execution.

Hands-on experience in NGS technologies including library preparations, sequencing workflows and troubleshooting.

Demonstrated experience of applying NGS-based methodologies to antibody discovery, including screening and selection strategies.

Proficient in computational analysis of antibody repertoire data or antibody sequence data from NGS platforms and familiar with Geneious Prime and Geneious Biologics.
