Confirm that required access to installed products is available, such as access to mechanical valves, access doors, and required clearances for maintenance and operation.
Perform visual observations of mechanical and electrical rough-ins to verify proper routing, terminations, and general workmanship.
Assist in evaluating conduit installations for appropriate support, alignment, and overall clean and tidy appearance.
Conduct SCCS, breaker settings, and arc flash label reviews to ensure compliance with design and safety requirements.
Conduct NETA testing reviews, verifying that testing is properly performed, documented, and aligned with project specifications.
Conduct FOD (Foreign Object Debris) inspections to maintain a safe and clean work environment and protect equipment and systems.
Perform turnover services, including verifying that all inspection forms are complete, observation statuses are current, and quality documentation and observations are prepared for turnover to the commissioning team.
Participate in and conduct final quality verification walks with the owner to confirm readiness for commissioning and project turnover.
Collaborate with construction management and quality control teams to address issues, clarify requirements, and support successful project delivery on a data center campus.
