Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused Service Specialist to join an onsite team in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and provider partners, helping them navigate benefits, eligibility, and claims-related questions with accuracy and care.

What You'll Do
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and written channels
Assist with questions related to benefits, eligibility, claims, coverage, and provider support
Research and resolve issues efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution
Document interactions, outcomes, and follow-ups accurately in internal systems
Communicate clearly and professionally, even in sensitive or complex situations
Build strong knowledge of benefit plans, policies, and internal procedures
Meet performance goals related to productivity, quality, and service levels
Manage multiple systems and tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Escalate complex issues appropriately and in a timely manner
Participate in training, coaching, and team collaboration initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
Customer service experience (call center preferred)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
Professional, empathetic, and solution-focused mindset
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in insurance, benefits, or claims support
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
Previous call center or support center experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
