Fulfillment Center Warehouse Associate

Entry-level warehouse roles do not require a resume, interview, or high school diploma/GED

[Basic Job Requirements]{.underline}: Be 18 years or older

Understand and follow instructions in English

Push utility carts up to 60 pounds

Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts

Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around

Go up and down stairs (where applicable)

Work at a heigh of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)

No resume, interview, or High School diploma required for entry-level positions

Minimum age requirement: 18 years

Most roles begin within 15 days after application is received. Roles are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

New positions typically post early Saturday mornings, but could be as early as late Friday night

If jobs aren't showing on the hiring platform, that may mean that all jobs have been secured for that day

[Four Step Hiring Process:]{.underline}

1.Job seekers submits application (Takes about 40 mins depending on comfort level with technology)

Job seekers will schedule their New Hire Event after they hit "SUBMIT" on their application

They will select the day and time to process through with the Recruiting Team

It's very important they bring their work authorization documents to process through

2.Job Seeker will attend New Hire Event

They will sit down with the Recruiter to go over the job and ensure they understand the role

They will take a badge photo so they can access the building (No public access approved)

They will take an oral drug test. This is a mouth swap and isn't invasive (Amazon does not test for THC during onboarding)
