Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a junior Marketing Analyst to support one of our clients in the medical device space. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to grow within marketing operations, CRM, and analytics.

This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to support campaign execution, CRM updates, and day-to-day marketing initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience with tools like Dynamics 365 while helping to support patient engagement efforts across email and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Support marketing campaigns by assisting with email and SMS communications, data tracking, and campaign setup

Assist with updates and maintenance in CRM systems (Dynamics 365 or similar)

Help track campaign performance and engagement metrics using Excel or reporting tools

Participate in team meetings and help document project requirements and action items

Assist in building and testing basic marketing workflows and customer journeys

Support data organization, clean-up efforts, and ensure accuracy within marketing systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing marketing initiatives

Help prioritize and manage multiple small projects with guidance from leadership

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Internship or academic experience in marketing, business analysis, or related area

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working in Excel and learning new tools/systems

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a team environment

Ability to manage tasks and follow through in a fast-paced setting - Internship or exposure to CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Experience with email marketing tools or campaign support

Interest in healthcare, life sciences, or medical device industries

Basic understanding of marketing analytics or data tracking
