Pay: Commission Based earning range of $60k-80K annually

Schedule: May include some evenings/weekends. Will discuss at interview.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them with vehicle inquiries

Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle lineup

Shadow senior sales staff and participate in ongoing training

Guide customers through the buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm

Maintain CRM records and follow-up with potential buyers

Requirements:

Strong communication and people skills

Background in a sales or customer service role is preferred

Eagerness to learn and grow

Positive attitude and professional appearance

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent
