Assembles protection, communication, and control devices, such as switches, relays, and condensing units, as laid out in drawings and wiring diagrams.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Follows established safety and environmental policies, procedures and methods applicable to the work area. Assembles, in predetermined order, electrical components, terminals and push buttons. Fastens units in specified locations in case. Cuts, strips, and mounts wires to connect electrical units. Performs other duties as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

EXPERIENCE:

1 - 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

SKILLS:

Ability to read prints and/or drawings in order to properly wire control boxes, dryers and condensing units with 115V through 575V. Basic knowledge on use of strippers and crimpers.

Competitive Compensation

Pay Range: $19.33/hr to $29.97/hr

Participation in Annual Incentive Program
