Our client, a leading organization in the consumer finance industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Wallace, NC

Pay Range: $15.00

Shift: 1st ( Monday-Friday)

What's the Job?

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner

Assist customers with account information, billing questions, and payment processing

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction

What's Needed?

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software

Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus
