Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations in New Jersey. This position is suited for someone with strong attention to detail who can keep the office organized, prepare high-quality documents, and provide dependable support to leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative judgment, clear communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.

ONSITE Mon-Fri

8AM -4:30PM

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to help maintain an organized and productive office setting.

Prepare, revise, and format reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents with accuracy and care.

Provide direct administrative support to executives, including handling routine tasks that improve efficiency and allow focus on strategic priorities.

Manage office files and records to ensure materials are current, accessible, and properly organized.

Coordinate the ordering and tracking of office supplies to support uninterrupted business operations.

Serve as a point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, and general office inquiries while maintaining a courteous presence.

Assist with back-office activities and document redlining as needed to support internal teams and business processes.

Requirements - At least 5 years of administrative support experience in a detail-oriented office environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to handle multiple responsibilities at once.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with confidence using standard office technology.

Demonstrated experience with administrative assistance, phone coverage, and back-office support functions.

Ability to maintain a respectful and effective approach when working with employees, clients, and visitors.

High attention to detail, including experience reviewing and redlining documents for accuracy and consistency.
