Job Title: Accounts Payable SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage accounts payable and payroll functions. We are looking for a team player who can acclimate quickly and fulfill day-to-day tasks within the accounting department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a wide variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

Handle full cycle accounts payable processes.

Process and reconcile bills and vendor statements.

Match checks and ACH payment vouchers with bills for payments.

Prepare physical checks for postal mail.

Scan and file accounts payable documents both digitally and physically.

Process weekly payroll for 170-190 temporary and full-time employees.

Perform administrative tasks.

Execute relevant general ledger journal entries and reconciliations.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in accounts payable functions.

Experience with invoice processing and 3-way matching.

Knowledge of purchase orders and vendor maintenance.

Familiarity with payroll processing.

Experience using Sage software.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
