Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the design, coding and testing of technical applications
Process, develop and effectively applies our methodology to client projects by understanding standard systems development lifecycle.
Maintain and update application proto@types for client projects
Manages multiple application in several platforms
Identifies system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
Understands the necessity of and contributes to coding standards
Analyzes and recommends upgrades and additions to project management tools.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or another related field of study.
A combination of education and related technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.
Four (4) years of experience with the following programming languages and technologies: ASP.net, and/or C#, .Net core, Pythons, Java script, SQL, XML, SQL Server, Reporting Services, Integration Services, Web Development, SISS, SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications
Six (6) or more years of experience with the following programming languages and technologies: ASP.net, B.NET and/or C#, Net core, Java script, SQL, XML, SQL Server, Reporting Services, Integration Services, Web Development, SISS, SharePoint
Exposure to analytic software. SAS, SPSS, R, Stata, Python
Azure cloud development, Azure data-factory, web application, RDS, IAM, AWS cloud offerings, development, EC2, cost management, elastic, dev-ops, operations, management, and administration.
SQL Server database development and administration.
Experience with development tools and processes. Agile\Scrum, GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket, JetBrains, Sublime, Visual Studio, IDEs, and tools.
Competencies: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution to enhance market growth and financial viability.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Advanced proficiency with MS Office products, especially fluent in Excel spreadsheets and building financial proformas. SQL server and data connectivity and integration
Ability to tolerate a high degree of ambiguity yet work effectively to fulfill the mission, goals, and objectives of the Department.
Ability to multitask without missing commitments.
Organization skills with the ability to set agendas, meet timelines, and move things forward.
