Description

A sports and leisure company in Trumbull, CT is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting day-to-day office operations, helping teams stay organized, and contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to office staff and leadership

Answer phones, greet visitors, and route inquiries appropriately

Manage filing, data entry, and document organization

Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating office logistics

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed

Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

Previous experience in an office assistant, administrative support, or clerical role preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

High school diploma or equivalent required
