Overview:

We are currently hiring an entry level, part time Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity in Washington, DC.

Description:

Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail.

Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.

Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisors assignment.

May take and transcribe dictation.

Qualifications:

US Citizenship.

High School Diploma.

Must be eligible for a security clearance. (*Already having an active clearance will get you bumped up the list)

Additional Information:

12+ month contract.

Part time position: 20 hours a week.

1st shift position.

Pay Rate: $18-$23/hr.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
