Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated 1st shift Production worker to join their team. As a 1st shift Production, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production of high-quality springs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 1st shift Production

Location: Monticello, IN

Pay Range: $14.50 (to start while training to see if you are a good fit)

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

Assist in the production of springs by operating machinery

Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Support team members in daily production tasks

Adhere to production schedules and meet daily targets

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing settings

High School diploma or GED required

Ability to operate machinery with mechanical aptitude

Willingness to perform casual labor tasks as needed

Ability to pass a 6-panel oral drug test
