Position Summary...
The Inbound Flow team operates across three core pillars:
Inbound Supplier Optimization - improving supplier ordering processes and upstream efficiency
Distribution Center (DC) Inbound -Yard management and trailer prioritization, appointment scheduling, E2E Fill Rate, Lead Time management
DC Flow Optimization - Determining the optimal channel, at the right EOQ, flowing through the correct supply chain network, while considering space within our buildings.
The role will focus on leading and driving initiatives within the DC Inbound Operations optimization space, improving existing prioritization trailer unload engines that maximize customer need, appointment capacity management across our different supply chain networks, maintaining MIP metrics (E2E and DC Fill Rate) to drive behavior and accountability, and maintaining core inputs in our systems (ex: Leadtimes), to enable proper ordering as supply chain goes through its automation journey.
This is a Director role with a team of 4 individual contributors, requiring strong cross-functional influence across business, supply chain, and engineering stakeholders.
What you'll do...
Leading the DC Inbound Team and all its initiatives (TUP, Scheduler Capacity Management, Fill Rate, Leadtimes)
Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals, identify challenges, and develop data-driven solutions that improve inbound flow and network efficiency
Lead end-to-end ownership of complex projects , including planning, execution, risk management, and performance tracking
Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and influence cross-functional stakeholders across merchandising, supply chain, and technology teams
Collaborate with engineering, category management, and other partners to design, test, and implement scalable solutions and proto@types
Execute multiple business plans simultaneously by prioritizing high-impact initiatives, removing barriers, and adapting to changing business needs
Evaluate and improve existing processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall performance
What you'll bring: Business & Leadership
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
Strong business acumen with experience translating strategy into execution
Technical & Analytical Skills
Proficiency in SQL and ETL tools
Experience with data platforms (e.g., DataIKU) and/or exposure to AI and advanced analytics
Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
Strong ability to analyze large datasets, build insights, and drive decision-making
Domain Expertise
Experience in supply chain, replenishment, or distribution center operations
Familiarity with inbound logistics, inventory flow, or warehouse optimization preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

experience in data analytics or related field.
