Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.

Have a High School Diploma or GED .

Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically in programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Must have a valid Texas Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using SAP .

Knowledge of the University traffic and parking regulations.

Knowledge of general University policies and procedures.

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant I provides administrative and general clerical support to management and staff within a specified division, department, or unit.

Job Duties

Responsible for providing administrative and general clerical support.

Maintain and disseminate accurate parking permit and citation records.

Communicate and tactfully assist internal and external customers.

Research documentation, maintain a filing system and process data entry.

Additional Information to Applicants

Ability to understand policy and procedures.

Ability to prepare grammatically correct correspondence.

Ability to perform basic math.

This position requires driving University vehicles.
