Sous la supervision du/de la Gestionnaire marketing, le ou la Gestionnaire marketing associé·e collabore étroitement avec des équipes transversales afin de déployer des stratégies percutantes renforçant le leadership de Barry Callebaut sur le marché des ingrédients de chocolat industriel.
Le poste soutient les initiatives marketing, en particulier sur les activations de campagnes, la création d'outils de vente, les salons professionnels, les événements et les partenariats. La personne analysera également la performance des marques et des gammes de produits, exécutera des projets clés et assurera une veille concurrentielle afin de soutenir la croissance continue de l'entreprise.
Responsabilités principales :
Gestion des campagnes & activations marketing
Soutenir et/ou superviser la création de contenus et de supports marketing ciblés (brochures, présentations, campagnes courriel, médias sociaux, etc.).
Veiller à la cohérence du message de marque sur l'ensemble des canaux et points de contact.
Mesurer et analyser la performance des campagnes, événements et activations, et ajuster les stratégies pour optimiser les résultats.
Contribuer à la stratégie de communication et au développement de contenu pour les réseaux sociaux (Facebook et Instagram).
Collaborer à la mise à jour des sites web et à la création de contenu web pour les nouvelles campagnes.
Collaboration & gestion des parties prenantes
Travailler avec l'équipe de ventes canadiennes afin d'assurer l'alignement des actions marketing avec les objectifs commerciaux.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Ventes, Gestion de produits, Chefs et R&D pour aligner les initiatives marketing avec les priorités d'affaires.
Interagir avec les parties prenantes internes et externes afin de recueillir des rétroactions et favoriser l'amélioration continue.
Maintenir et développer la relation avec les ambassadeurs de marque (communications, mises à jour d'affaires, gestion contractuelle, etc.).
Fournir un soutien marketing continu aux clients afin de maximiser l'utilisation des produits dans leurs initiatives.
Gestion des événements
Soutenir et/ou piloter la planification, l'exécution et l'analyse post-événement des salons professionnels, événements partenaires et événements clients.
Coordonner la logistique, les budgets, les éléments créatifs et les communications pour assurer une présence de marque percutante.
Déployer des activations numériques et en personne afin d'acquérir de nouveaux clients, accroître la visibilité de la marque et renforcer les relations clients.
Collaborer avec des fournisseurs et partenaires externes pour l'exécution des stratégies événementielles.
Gestion du budget & des ressources
Appuyer l'élaboration et le suivi du budget marketing afin d'assurer une allocation optimale des ressources.
Suivre les dépenses et produire des mises à jour régulières pour une gestion efficiente des coûts.
Profil recherché :
Baccalauréat ou diplôme collégial en marketing, administration ou domaine connexe.
3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de marque ou marketing (PGC alimentaire, B2B), marketing de distribution/commercial - requis.
Bilinguisme français / anglais - requis, pour interagir avec les collègues et clients en dehors du Québec.
Expérience commerciale dans le chocolat ou la confiserie - un atout.
Expérience en marketing ou ventes B2B - un atout (distribution et/ou utilisateur final).
Expérience auprès de manufacturiers alimentaires nationaux ou régionaux - un atout.
Connaissance de l'industrie des ingrédients alimentaires ou du chocolat industriel - un atout.
Connaissance des CRM, bases de données marketing et médias sociaux.
Profil orienté résultats, organisé et collaboratif.
Excellentes compétences en communication, organisation et gestion de projets.
Solide expérience dans la planification, l'exécution et l'évaluation d'événements, salons et activations.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs initiatives simultanément et à collaborer avec des équipes transversales.
Antécédents démontrés de succès en activation et amplification de marques ou de segments.
Capacité à piloter des projets de bout en bout.
Esprit collaboratif, leadership d'influence et par consensus.
Excellente communication et capacité à gérer des parties prenantes de différents niveaux.
Maîtrise des outils numériques, CRM et plateformes analytiques.

About the role:
Working under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Associate Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful strategies that reinforce Barry Callebaut's leadership in the industrial chocolate ingredients space. The individual will support marketing initiatives with a strong focus on campaign activations, trade shows and events, and sponsorships. The role also includes analyzing brand and product range performance, executing key marketing projects and programs, and maintaining competitive intelligence to support the company's continued growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Campaign Management & Marketing Activations:
Assist and/or oversee the creation of marketing materials and content specific to target segments (e.g., brochures, presentations, email campaigns, social media, etc.).
Assist and/or ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
Assist and/or measure and report on the performance of campaigns, events, and activations, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
Contribute to the communication strategy and develop content for our social media channels (Facebook and Instagram).
Collaborate in keeping our websites updated and create content for the new campaigns
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work with the Canadian Sales teams to drive engagement and ensure that the marketing activities are in line with sales goals.
Work closely with Sales, Academy Chefs, Product management, and R&D teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
Maintain and nuture the relation with our Brand Ambassadors (communicate business updates, execute contract agreements, etc.)
Provide ongoing marketing support to clients, ensuring they can effectively leverage our products in their initiatives.
Event Management:
Assist and/or lead the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of industry trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing events.
Assist and/or coordinate logistics, budget, creative assets, and communication for events to ensure impactful brand presence.
Assist and/or drive digital and in-person activations to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and strengthen customer relationships.
Assist and/or work with external vendors and partners to execute event strategies effectively.
Budget & Resource Management:
Assist in developing and managing the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources for events, campaigns, and activations.
Track expenses and provide regular updates to ensure cost-effective management.
About you:
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3 to 5 years professional Brand / Marketing mgt. (Food CPG, B2B), trade/distribution mkt. (required).
Bi-lingual - French and English (required) to interact with colleagues and customers outside Québec.
Commercial background in chocolate / confectionery (preferred).
B2B marketing/sales experience a plus (distribution and/or end-user preferred).
Experience with marketing to national and/or regional food manufacturers is a plus.
Knowledge of the food ingredients or industrial chocolate industry is a plus.
Understanding CRM, database mkt. & social media channels.
Goal-oriented, organized team player.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Strong experience in planning, executing, and measuring events, trade shows, and marketing activations.
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Track record of successful Brand, channel and/or segment activation & amplification (i.e. programs & campaigns to drive awareness, usage, and trade-up to value-added solutions).
Successful end-to-end project leadership.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
Able to analyze data and sales statistics from SalesForce dashboard and convert that data into actions.
Knowledge of the following tools is a plus: Microsoft Suite, Canva, Adobe Acrobate, Photoshop and InDesign.
