Overview: DXC is building a new AI Partnership Ecosystem business focused on strategic partnerships with leading AI companies, including NVIDIA, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and Palantir. This role will work directly with the VP and GM of AI Market Development to help build the commercial infrastructure, operating model, and go-to-market strategy for this new business.
This is a hands-on business-building role for someone who can operate across strategy, execution, partnerships, sales operations, finance, recruiting, marketing, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in ambiguity, building scalable processes, supporting executive-level decision-making, and helping drive partner-influenced growth across DXC.
Key Responsibilities
Own partnership pipeline tracking, reporting, dashboards, and data integrity in Salesforce
Partner with sales operations, finance, marketing, recruiting, HR, solution architects, and delivery teams to support business execution
Build financial models, business cases, forecasts, and performance reporting for partnership investments
Prepare executive presentations, stakeholder updates, partner materials, and customer-facing content
Support partner relationship development with technical teams, GTM leaders, alliance teams, and executives
Participate in customer pitches, demos, proof of concepts, and joint partner engagements
Track AI market trends, competitive activity, partner roadmaps, and emerging partnership opportunities
Help define roles, screen candidates, support interviews, and assist with team buildoutBuild operating rhythms, governance structures, and decision frameworks for the new business
Represent the VP and GM in meetings and partner discussions as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5 to 8 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, strategy, consulting, or a related field
Experience in technology, enterprise software, cloud, AI, or systems integration
Experience supporting enterprise customers or customers facing business initiativesStrong Salesforce, reporting, business intelligence, and analytical skills
Strong financial acumen, including modeling, forecasting, business case development, and performance tracking
Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-moving environment
Demonstrated ability to build processes, solve problems, and execute in ambiguous or resource-constrained settings
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or technical master's degree
Experience with AI, cloud, data, enterprise platforms, or partner ecosystem development
Experience working in a high-growth, new business, or transformation environment
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage partner leaders and enterprise customers
Additional Requirements
Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Willingness to travel approximately 30 percent based on business needs
Bay Area preferred, other locations may be considered for qualified candidates
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $137,900 - $256,100.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
