Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $19.00 to $19.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.?

?Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts.?

?Screen resumes and application forms.?

?Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.?

?Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, career pages, and social networks.?

?Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department).?

?Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vac days).?

?Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies.?

Participate in organizing company events and career days.?

Qualifications

Candidates actively pursuing a bachelor?s degree in any field of study. A major in hospitality, business, culinary, or facilities management is preferred. Please keep in mind that educational requirements may change depending on the responsibilities of the role.

Candidates willing to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends or holidays

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
