Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aero and defense location.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas and sensitive locations.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, paying close attention to access points, restricted zones, and other areas of concern within the location.

Assist with visitor management, delivery screening, and badge review processes while following post orders and reporting unusual activity, equipment issues, and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.

A guard card/license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
