Manufacturing Technician 2nd Shift

Our client, a leading automotive and industrial component supplier, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting production operations and ensuring the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Trenton, OH

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour

Shift: 2:40 pm - 11:00 pm Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

Perform visual and gage inspections to ensure quality parts are produced and assembled according to specifications.

Operate and troubleshoot machinery such as extrusion presses, punch presses, CNC machines, saws, and deburring equipment.

Adhere to all safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.

Pack finished parts into containers following standard procedures.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing safety and productivity ideas.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

1-3 years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, and electrical systems is a plus.

Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
