Administrative Assistant Needed - Support a Top Energy Client | Park City, UT

Kelly® is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and support a leading energy company in Park City, Utah.

Contract: 1 year (possible extension)

Schedule: Onsite (possible to go hybrid 3 days onsite)

Pay: $20-$22/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare reports for use in business planning and analysis for assigned area

Coordinate new hire and employee moves (IT accounts, phone extensions, etc.)

Support project managers with status reports

Schedule and coordinate meetings, provide meeting minutes

Make travel and lodging arrangements

Maintain manager's calendar and important schedules

Screen calls, distribute mail, maintain contact lists

Process expense reports, EMRs, purchase orders, and order supplies

Draft correspondence and build a library of presentations

Coordinate and implement special projects

Maintain confidential files

Manage vacation calendars and timecard reviews

Attend staff and TDR meetings

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience (entry level role)

Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills

Ability to act independently and handle multiple tasks

Proficient with Microsoft Suite and other software and systems
