What's a typical day as Temporary GI Marketing Specialist? You'll be:
Creating and executing US marketing tactical plans for an important launch
Developing compelling promotional tactics for healthcare professionals (HCPs) across personal and non-personal channels
Ensuring alignment of messaging platform and tactical rollout with brand objectives and strategies
Collaborating with sales training, market planning, digital marketing, and regulatory/compliance teams
Managing relationships with key vendors, including the promotional agency of record
Building trust and a strong culture within marketing teams and across the organization
Maintaining strict adherence to all laws, regulations, and policies that govern pharmaceutical conduct
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Possess a Master's degree in a related discipline and 10 years of related experience, or a BS/BA degree and at least 12 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience
Have experience in healthcare professional (HCP) product marketing within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries
Have skills in patient marketing, digital marketing, and sales (preferred)
Bring oncology marketing experience (strongly preferred)
Demonstrate strategic thinking, initiative, creativity, and strong presentation and communication skills
Are familiar with FDA regulations for pharmaceutical promotion and legal, medical, regulatory review processes
Are skilled at drawing insights from market research and sales force feedback to optimize plans and activities
Have a track record of meeting or exceeding quantitative and qualitative performance goals
Possess the ability to network and collaborate both internally and externally
