Our client, a leader in the learning technology industry, is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Support Department supporting the global LMS help and support operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Location: Deerfield, IL

What's the Job?

Manage and resolve support tickets related to the Learning Management System (LMS) across global regions and time zones.

Assist users by troubleshooting issues, providing guidance, and escalating complex problems as needed.

Create and maintain self-service resources such as FAQs, job aids, and support documentation to enhance user experience.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure platform stability, security, and continuous improvement.

Monitor support KPIs, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements to optimize service delivery.

What's Needed?

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

Experience in customer support, help desk, or service operations, preferably in a global or matrixed organization.

Familiarity with learning management systems such as Cornerstone or similar platforms.

Ability to analyze issues, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple support requests efficiently.

Knowledge of IT support processes, including incident management and escalation procedures, is a plus.
