Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Rep. in POMPANO BEACH FL. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Customer Service Rep while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Perks:

Pay: $17.00/Hr

Shift: Tuesday to Saturday 11:00 Am to 08:00 Pm.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.

Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.

Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.

Monitor progress of delivery routes.

Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.

Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1 year of experience in call center environment

High school diploma or GED

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
