Role summary:
The (USA) Manager, Operations leads multiple work streams within the operations organization by designing and executing project plans, managing timelines, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. This role drives business efficiency through data analysis, process improvement, and innovative solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The manager oversees resource allocation, monitors project progress, and provides decision support to enhance operational performance. About the team:
The Driver Engagement, Communications & Content Team within Last Mile Delivery focuses on creating impactful touchpoints to engage and support gig workers on the Spark Driver App. This team's Creative Content workstream develops innovative materials that enhance driver experience and retention. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, the team drives operational initiatives through effective project management and communication. Their efforts contribute to streamlined processes and improved business outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do:
Design compelling, high-quality graphics and creative assets for multi-channel solutions
Develop original visual concepts that reinforce brand identity and adhere to brand guidelines
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to understand communication objectives, and translate them into effective visual solutions
Oversee the creative process from concept through design, development, and implementation, ensuring alignment with goals and priorities
Serve as a creative thought partner, articulating and presenting visual concepts and creative rationale to stakeholders and leaders with a focus on finding solutions that meet both partner and content team objectives
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining an organized production calendar and workflow to consistently meet deadlines
Keep project files well-organized for easy access by the creative content team
What you'll bring:
4+ years experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating digital design capabilities
Strong grasp of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy, with a sharp eye for detail
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), and Figma
Experience adhering to corporate brand guidelines
Awareness of industry trends and the ability to integrate them into creative work
Experience managing projects from concept through delivery
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Working knowledge of HTML is a plus
Experience with motion design or animation a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
