Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support title operations with a bank in East Lansing, Michigan. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can support the policy department, maintain and process accurate records, and provide dependable administrative support in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable handling phone communication, document processing, and routine office coordination.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks to keep office activities organized, efficient, and well documented.

Receive and direct inbound phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and ensure messages are handled promptly.

Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy while maintaining records, forms, and other office documentation.

Complete Policies and maintain policy log

Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, scheduling, and preparing routine correspondence.

Maintain organized physical and digital records to support smooth retrieval of important information.

Coordinate with internal staff to support administrative workflows and complete assigned office projects on time.

Requirements

Experience providing administrative support in an office, clerical, or front-desk environment.

Ability to handle incoming calls effectively and communicate clearly with a range of contacts.

Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and detail.

Proficiency with standard office procedures, document management, and general administrative tasks.

Prior title insurance or accounting experience preferred

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Reliable written and verbal communication skills in a detail-focused workplace setting.
