Part-Time Administrative Assistant (In-Office) - Salesforce Experience Preferred

Location: King of Prussia, PA

Hours: 20-30 hours per week (Monday-Friday, in-office)

Schedule: 1pm-5pm preferred but flexible

Duration: 30 days (potential for extension)

About the Position:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team for a 30-day temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce, exceptional computer skills, and strong attention to detail. This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily login to Salesforce to review incoming web leads

Analyze lead descriptions to determine appropriate sales representative assignment

Assign leads within our current Salesforce system or create new leads as needed in our updated system

Accurately copy and paste all relevant lead information

Update lead status to "invalid" where applicable

Create and assign follow-up tasks for sales reps as needed

Occasionally follow up with sales reps if customers request status updates (minimal direct customer interaction)

Requirements:

Prior experience with Salesforce, strongly preferred

Fast and accurate data entry skills (minimum 50 WPM typing speed)

Strong computer literacy and comfort navigating online systems

Professional communication skills

Ability to work independently in an office setting

Must be available for a minimum of 4 consecutive hours per day, between 1pm-5pm (preferred)

Additional Information:

Expect to process approximately 20-30 inbound leads per day (500-600 leads per month)

Average workload can be completed in a half day, but additional tasks may be provided as needed to fill scheduled hours
