Summary You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Controller Department (01), NAVSEA ERP Business Office Division (01N), Property Branch (01N3) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. Responsibilities You will serve as the overall Property Branch Team Lead in the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Office (NEBO). You will provide support to the NAVSEA Enterprise, both General Fund and Working Capital Fund, and serves as the liaison for the NAVSEA Enterprise to the Navy ERP program office. You will serve as NAVSEA Enterprise's Navy ERP system expert and will be responsible for trouble ticket management and resolution. You will be responsible for daily coordination with the Property Branch Procurement Team lead, interpreting policies and procedures in the area of responsibility and making business process recommendations. You will be responsible for providing effective customer service and ensuring appropriate feedback mechanisms are established and maintained. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading a Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) help desk and recommending solutions for effective operations for audit compliance. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
