What You'll Be Doing:

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll provide essential support to the Property Manager, Leasing Staff, and residents to keep operations running smoothly.

Pay: $20-22/hr

$300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests as they come into the office

Direct residents and guests where to go accordingly

Answer phones

Handle office packages

Assist Manager with general office tasks

What We'll Expect from You:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between sites.

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
