Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Account Coordinator:

Compute, verify, and post-production info

Close orders/run production reports

Perform special assignments/projects to assist the Accounting Dept

Process accounts payable/purchase orders to ensure payments to vendors are correctly charged to their accounts

Assist in inventory and research/correct production issues for inventory control

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: All Available

Job requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

Must have at least 1-year related experience in Accounting

Bachelor's degree

Excellent math skills

Excellent typing skills

Office experience in manufacturing preferred

Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Excellent communication skills.

Must be skilled utilizing the standard office equipment (copier, fax, etc)

Knowledge of print substrates, hardware and print methods

Background check and Drug test required
