We are seeking a Contract Agency Marketing Strategist to support a new business pitch tied to a prospective client opportunity. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer with strong agency experience, a sharp business development mindset, and deep shopper/trade marketing expertise.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and develop marketing strategy for a new business/pitch opportunity

Bring senior-level strategic thinking to pitch development and business development efforts

Partner closely with creative, account, and cross-functional agency teams to shape pitch materials and recommendations

Translate client business challenges into clear, insight-driven marketing strategies

Contribute to the development of strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market thinking

Help craft persuasive pitch storytelling rooted in strong marketing fundamentals and trade/shopper expertis

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Strong background in marketing strategy, ideally within an agency environment

Proven experience supporting new business pitches and broader business development initiatives

Trade/shopper marketing experience is required

Ability to contribute at a senior strategist level

Collaborative approach with experience working across creative, account, and strategy teams

Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Background

Agency experience supporting brand, retail, shopper, or trade marketing initiatives

Experience building strategic frameworks and pitch narratives for prospective clients

Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven pitch environment
