strategic, hands-on Senior Performance Creative Lead to drive
high-performing, data-driven creative across paid media and digital
channels. This person plays a critical role in shaping how creative
strategy, production, and optimization come together to deliver
measurable results for clients. You will sit at the intersection of
creative, media, data, and automation, partnering closely with media,
analytics, and production teams while also rolling up your sleeves to
produce and iterate on performance-focused content. The right person is
both strategic and scrappy - comfortable presenting insights to clients
one moment and building conversion-driven TikTok-style content the next.
This Role Is: Full-time, exempt Based in Milwaukee, WI (flexibility when
possible) Standard business hours Salary range: \$105,000 - \$130,000,

What You Will Do: Lead creative strategy across multiple client
accounts, ensuring alignment with performance goals Own creative
performance from insight -> execution -> iteration Develop and produce
UGC-style, short-form, and performance-driven video ads Create
high-volume creative variations to support testing and optimization
roadmaps Repurpose long-form or raw content into high-converting
short-form assets across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, CTV, and more Architect
omnichannel and dynamic creative campaigns across Display, Video,
Social, and CTV Partner with media teams to translate performance data
(CTR, ROAS, CPA, hook rate, hold rate) into actionable creative insights
Leverage DCO platforms, AI tools, and creative automation to scale
personalization and efficiency Oversee studio shoots, including
planning, lighting, camera setup, and production execution Build
creative documentation, briefs, workflows, and best practices to support
scale Identify trends and emerging platform behaviors to inform creative
direction Present creative insights and performance narratives to
clients and internal stakeholders Support new business pitches and
upsell conversations with data-backed creative recommendations What We
Are Looking For: Strong background in performance marketing and creative
production Proven success creating high-performing short-form paid ads
Experience with dynamic creative optimization (DCO), creative
automation, or scalable ad personalization Deep understanding of paid
media metrics and creative testing methodology Ability to balance
big-picture strategy with hands-on execution Proficiency in video
editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with media, analytics,
strategy, and production teams Excellent project management,
communication, and presentation skills Bonus If You: Have experience
leading omnichannel creative across paid social, video, display, and CTV
Enjoy experimenting with AI tools and automation to improve creative
workflows Have contributed to thought leadership around performance
creative or marketing innovation In this position, you may have access
