Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its New York headquarters, reporting to the VP of Marketing and working closely with both the Marketing and Project teams. This role supports the execution of project-based marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including print and digital advertising, project-specific social media, portfolio-wide and site-specific events, as well as budget forecasting and tracking.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Sponsor Development teams, the Marketing Specialist will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day marketing operations while maintaining a high standard of quality across all initiatives. This is a fully in-office position based in New York City, with weekly visits required to development sites throughout the city.
Responsibilities include the following:
Project Marketing
Act as the project "taskmaster" and gatekeeper for Marketing campaign execution across channels, owning full visibility into timelines, status, and deliverable progression; Proactively drive the flow of work by actively collecting updates, consolidating project status information from stakeholders, and tracking dependencies across teams
Own the preparation and management of all meeting agendas for internal and client-facing meetings, ensuring sessions are structured, purposeful, and outcome-driven; As a client-facing role, maintain punctual and consistent attendance across all meetings is mandatory; Produce and distribute clear, actionable meeting notes and next steps to drive accountability and momentum.
Attend all project-specific events as required, including early morning, evening, or off-hours sessions, and provide on-site coordination support for production activities such as photo and video shoots to ensure smooth execution
Maintain rigorous oversight of project trackers and budget documentation while continuously identifying next steps and ensuring accountability to keep initiatives moving on-time and on-budget
Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and internal teams; assist in the production of promotional materials with attention to brand accuracy and design quality
Maintain project websites, ensuring listings, portfolio, press, and team information are current and accurate
Own the maintenance and ongoing updates of site-wide event calendars, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure all events are accurately scheduled, communicated and staffed
Assist with project-specific management of the Instagram content calendar, including support with scheduling, caption drafting, and monitoring digital channels for accuracy
Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to implement and enhance team learning and development programs
Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation by consistently saving, structuring, and archiving all relevant files, updates, and deliverables in SharePoint/Drive, ensuring the team has a single, accurate source of truth and that outdated materials are properly managed and retained for historical reference
Assist Marketing Assistant with maintaining vendor, broker and site contact lists
Support Marketing Communications team with the planning and execution of portfolio-wide event series, as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of marketing and/or project management experience
Bachelor's degree required
Strong written and oral communication skills with careful attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; highly organized and self-motivated
Proficiency in graphic design, with the ability to develop and modify presentations and marketing collateral while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) required
Background in luxury marketing, media, architecture, design, fine art, or real estate preferred
New York Real Estate Salesperson's license required (can be obtained during first year with the company)
Strong judgment and discretion in managing confidential information
