Our client, a dynamic retail organization, is seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Specialist to join their Santa Clara team. If you have a strong sales background, a talent for customer engagement, and a commitment to excellence, we invite you to grow with our client.

Job Title: Full-time Sales Specialist

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Pay Range: $22-$23

What's the Job?

Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection based on their needs.

Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance.

Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.

Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.

What's Needed?

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Previous retail sales experience; appliance, jewelry, or technical sales preferred.

Effective communication skills and ability to perform product demonstrations.

Familiarity with luxury retail and technology sales is a plus.

Ability to process transactions securely and accurately; multilingual skills are an advantage.
