Why us?
The Ben, Autograph Collection, invites you to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida, in partnership with Sage Hospitality Group.
At The Ben, luxury is intentional, style carries substance, and service is approached as an art form. Set along the Intracoastal in the heart of West Palm Beach, The Ben draws those who appreciate elevated experiences, thoughtful design, and the quiet confidence of doing things exceptionally well. This is a place for professionals who find purpose in creating meaningful moments, who value connection, and who bring both presence and passion to their craft. Here, you do more than execute events-you shape experiences that are remembered long after they unfold.
For those inspired to lead a premier wedding catering sales program within one of the city's most distinctive luxury hotels-at a pivotal moment of transformation-this is a rare and compelling opportunity.
In this role, you will collaborate alongside Michelin-level culinary talent to curate extraordinary celebrations that transcend the expected. Each wedding becomes a canvas-where cuisine, setting, and service are thoughtfully composed to reflect the individuality of every couple. This is not simply about selling events; it is about guiding clients through the creation of something deeply personal, beautifully executed, and truly unforgettable.
At The Ben, every gathering is a story waiting to be told. As part of Marriott's Autograph Collection and thoughtfully operated by Sage Hospitality Group, the hotel is inspired by the legacy of Byrd "Birdie" Dewey and her storied Ben Trovato Estate-a place where creativity, sophistication, and individuality flourished. That spirit endures today in a setting that feels, unmistakably, "Exactly Like Nothing Else."
Overlooking the marina and the shimmering Intracoastal Waterway, The Ben offers a setting as captivating as the occasions it hosts. From refined dining at Proper Grit to rooftop celebrations at Spruzzo-downtown's only water-facing rooftop lounge-each venue presents an opportunity to create moments of distinction. With versatile event spaces, a rooftop heated saltwater pool, and a team devoted to thoughtful, seamless service, The Ben stands as a destination where celebrations are elevated into lasting impressions.
For a Director of Catering Sales, this is more than a role-it is an opportunity to shape a defining chapter in the evolution of a luxury destination, and to leave a lasting mark on the experiences we create.
