What You'll Do
Test, inspect, and verify medical testing equipment prior to shipment to ensure proper operation
Perform electrical testing, calibration, and inspections using meters, wiring tools, and electronic test instruments
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to meet quality and safety standards
Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque wrenches, drills, and other assembly tools to complete repairs and adjustments
Interpret schematics, diagrams, and written work instructions to support testing and troubleshooting
Accurately document all work using Good Documentation Practices (GDP), including updating Device History Records (DHR)
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and established quality assurance and quality control procedures
Perform visual and functional inspections to confirm products meet performance specifications
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to share feedback and improve processes
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in a regulated, climate-controlled manufacturing environment
Use basic computer applications such as Excel and Word to enter data, complete forms, and access instructions
Work on your feet for most of the shift, including standing, bending, reaching, and walking as required
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, technically skilled, and motivated by the importance of delivering high-quality products.
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or technical degree (AA or equivalent)
1-2 years of electrical testing and troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to follow GDP-documented procedures and maintain accurate records
Working knowledge of GMP and Device History Records (DHR)
Proficiency using hand tools and electronic test equipment
Ability to read and interpret schematics, SOPs, and technical instructions
Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word
Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
Quality assurance, quality control, or inspection experience
Background in electro-mechanical assembly or engineering support
Strong troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail
Team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and adapt
Schedule & Shift Details
Monday - Thursday: 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM
Mandatory Overtime: Up to 10 hours on Fridays
Breaks:
Two paid 15-minute breaks
One unpaid 30-minute lunch

Frequent bending and reaching throughout the shift
Use of PPE such as smocks, safety glasses, ESD wristbands, and impact-resistant footwear
Hands-on work with medical testing equipment, hand tools, and electronic test instruments

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.73 - $24.73/hr.
