Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour

Shift available: 8am - 430pm; Mon - Fri; can be flexible.

What's a typical day as Finance Coordinator? You'll be:

Administering Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, including invoicing, researching vendor invoices, matching receipts, investigating discrepancies, and reconciling financial records.

Communicating with internal personnel to reconcile expense reports and ensure accurate financial documentation.

Processing credit card payments, posting checks, wires, ACH payments, and conducting daily reconciliations.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma (required); an Associate's degree is preferred.

Bring at least two years of general ledger and bookkeeping experience to the table.

Possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, along with an exceptional work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
