Engineer I wanted by American Express Global Business Travel in New York, NY. What you'll do:

Working closely with Software Engineers, Architects, Product Management and others to design and build APIGEE APIS

Working closely with different application teams to design and build Protegrity data protection services

Troubleshooting productions issues and infrastructure related issues

Participating in architecture and security reviews for API Projects to comply with GBT Security Standards & Procedures

Product version upgrade and patching

Designing and implementing automation for deployment.

Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information System or a related field plus three (3) years of relevant experience. In lieu of a Master's degree plus three years of experience, we will accept a relevant Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of relevant progressive experience. Depending on degree must also have:

3 or 5 years of experience with Java Script XSLT, XML & JSON processing, and Unix/Linux commands

3 or 5 years of experience with REST APIs

3 or 5 years of experience with CI/CD (Jenkins and Git)

3 or 5 years of experience with APIGEE

3 or 5 years of experience with Troubleshooting Production issues

2 or 4 years of experience with Protegrity.

MAY WORK FROM HOME ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES.

Salary range: $134,423-$157,300/yr. #LI-DNI
