Mechanical Engineer Co-op July-December 2026

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Under the supervision of the Engineering Manager, the Engineering Intern/Co-Op is responsible for the following duties:

Assist in preparation of design analysis of components for nuclear power plants and the U.S. Navy

Assist in preparation of equipment qualification test procedures

Assist in the design of equipment qualification testing

Support the assembly and testing of a variety of pressure relief devices

For This Role, You Will Need:

Minimum 2 years of undergraduate study in an Engineering or technical area

Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Previous experience working with valves

CAD (SolidWorks, Inventory, AutoCAD, etc.) background desirable.

MS ACCESS programming

Our compensation philosophy is simple: We pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. The total target comp range for this position is $52,000 annually.
