Review quantity surveys and reports for installed, stored, and on-site equipment and materials when processing contractor pay requests.
Review contractor and stakeholder requests for proposed changes to the scope of work and assess potential impacts to cost, schedule, and project requirements.
Review contractor proposals, coordinate with architects and engineers, and provide recommendations related to change orders and construction modifications.
Coordinate construction schedules and field activities among stakeholders, including utilities, governing agencies, airlines, concessionaires, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
Manage commissioning activities, punch list resolution, equipment testing, turnover documentation, and project closeout requirements following completion of construction.
