Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customer interactions for a contract assignment based in Prescott, Arizona. In this role, you will handle a high volume of phone-based inquiries, provide timely assistance, and help coordinate appointments with accuracy and care. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a service-focused mindset, and the ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and provide clear, courteous support for a range of service-related questions.

Make outbound calls as needed to follow up with customers, confirm information, or assist with scheduling needs.

Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars by entering, updating, and verifying scheduling details accurately.

Document customer interactions thoroughly to ensure records remain current and useful for ongoing service activities.

Resolve routine issues efficiently while escalating more complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.

Deliver a detail-oriented customer experience by listening carefully, identifying needs, and offering helpful solutions. Requirements - Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism.

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Experience scheduling appointments and maintaining calendar accuracy.

Comfortable using computer systems to enter information and track customer interactions.
