What You'll Do

Direct traffic and communicate detours clearly to drivers

Set up and break down traffic control zones

Ensure the safety of construction crews and the public

Work outdoors and stay active throughout the day

What We're Looking For

Strong sense of responsibility and attention to safety

Ability to work in all weather conditions

General labor, landscaping, or construction experience is a plus

Prior flagging experience helpful, but not required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
