Experience - No accounting experience required; light experience is okay but anyone with many years of experience should be excluded, as this is an entry-level position and it becomes difficult to unwind outdated habits - Retail and/or restaurant experience is preferred, as those jobs provide experience with de-escalation tactics related to unhappy customers - I'm not a fan of job-hopping. Please avoid anyone who cannot hold a job for longer than a year or has large gaps in employment, unless the gaps are related to focus on school. - Candidate should be fairly outgoing and be comfortable holding a conversation. Education - Bachelor's in Accounting preferred, but any business-related degree will be considered. o Degree from UCF or other major university is preferred o I will consider someone who is within a year of graduation, provided they do not need adjustments to their schedule and can support a 40 hour work week

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
